The name JoJo refers to three separate drinks, and they should not be confused with one another. JoJo Energy Drink is a non-alcoholic energy drink. The vodka-flavoured and lemon-flavoured Jo-Jo drinks are separate alcoholic products. The Ghana Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) issued a notice about mixed drinks containing both alcohol and stimulants such as caffeine, ginseng, guarana, inositol or glucuronolactone. The notice required affected products to be cleared or reformulated to meet the approved standards for alcoholic beverages and energy drinks separately. The current JoJo products shown on this site are: Jo-Jo Carbonated Vodka Flavoured Alcoholic Drink — 18% alcohol, 300 ml, FDA/DK 26-1003.
